I am a native of Tangipahoa Parish and attended Southeastern University to pursue a degree in accounting. I worked in the financial banking industry since the summer of 1995. I absolutely loved it! I worked in real estate lending since 2002 and I enjoyed seeing my clients dreams come true. Whether it was buying their first home, second or third. They all had the same expression of accomplishment that radiated throughout the room. I enjoyed celebrating and sharing in their happiness! After being on the lending side of the transaction for many many years I decided to cross over to the real estate sales end. I always knew that I would make an excellent real estate agent; I just needed to make the move when the timing was right. Being a real estate agent is one of the most rewarding careers in the world!! I was feeling as if I should have made the move sooner. I can not think of how many times I go to sleep anxiously waiting to meet my next client. Whom by the end of the transaction becomes an extension of my family. My best advise to homebuyers is to not over complicate the process. With my lending experience and real estate sells experience; I will not allow you to knowingly risk your chances of not getting to the closing table. I have a team of real estate professional that will work with me to get you where you need to be and on time!
"Our experience working with Mrs. Shannon Wells-Guidry was absolutely amazing! Mrs Shannon went above and beyond during and after purchasing our home to ensure our transitioning went smoothly. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking to find their forever home!"
