This was my first time buying a house on my own with financing. Keith was recommended by a friend and he immediately went to work for me creating search criteria and showing me houses. He is extremely knowledgeable on a wide variety of essential topics and issues in judging houses, neighborhoods, and priorities. As we looked at houses over the weeks, he frequently asked clarifying questions that I realized were insightful about my reactions and what I wanted. Keith was candid about every detail we came across and he always explained the ins and outs of the process very well. For financing, I used Keith's recommendation and I am so glad. They handled every little issue that came up for me and executed the details to the end without a hitch. Keith oversaw each step, but honestly these people were completely great on their own. When I found a house and started negotiating, Keith advised me when I asked and then guided me in making decisions without ever telling me what to do. He presented our offers and answers at each stage and negotiated tough at just the right moment. I got a really good deal. Keith worked with us for several months to find our perfect first home in New Orleans. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate across New Orleans having had lived in a number of neighborhoods over the years. He was very readily available at all hours to set up viewing appointments, walk us through contracts, and go over inspection reports. Keith works very hard and is totally on the side of his client. I never felt any pressure to make an offer before we found the perfect place. We are now living in a fantastic home that we are very happy with thanks to Keith.
