As Director of Residential Operations for GARDNER, Barbara’s position is to support our sales managers and our agents creating a cohesiveness with all team members at GARDNER Her role includes staying abreast of changes in the industry, listing and selling tools, training, technology changes and opening doors for new and experienced agents. Her role includes any issues that arise that require support or advice. She serves on Professional Standards with the Local Board of Realtors and is licensed in MS. and LA.
Barbara has been a Realtor for 23 years and in a Real Estate Management position for 14 of those years. She also has created training manuals and taught post licensing for several years. Barbara has been responsible for a Relocation Department and the training of those specialized agents.
Her main initiative in this highly technical world is to ensure that we never forget CUSTOMER CARE. This includes our agents and all team members who are our customers also!
